Shipping and Delivery Time 

Once an order has been placed, you can login online for an updated order status.
 
All orders are typically shipped within two business days of the receipt of the order, unless a product is not in stock (on rare occasions), or it is an unusually large order.  The ‘Ships By’ date is an estimate of when the item will ship from our facility.  The ‘Delivers By’ date is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address. All estimates are based on business days. 

A tracking number will be available usually within two business days after shipment leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Methods

HealthMegaMall offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. 

• Standard Ground Shipping — Delivers within 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
• 2 Day Air Shipping — Delivers within 2 business days after shipping.

*HealthMegaMall offers items that are custom made when the order is placed or may be on backorder at the time of purchase.  If there is any delay in shipment, our customer service representative will notify the customer to expect a delay.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on HealthMegaMall.com. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.

If one item ordered is on backorder, will I be charged twice for shipping?

No. When orders list several items, some of which are not in stock at the time of the order, we will charge the full shipping fee with the first shipment.  Subsequent shipment of backordered items will not attract shipping charges.

Oversized Truck Items

Due to the oversized and/or overweight nature of certain merchandise, additional shipping charges may apply.  Please contact a HealthMegaMall Customer Service Representatives at 1-855-5-911-911 to provide you a quote for shipping oversized/overweight items.

Products requiring moving van, inside delivery, or lift gate delivery may require additional delivery charges.  Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you at 1-855-5-911-911 for further assistance.

Shipping Life Extension Foundation Products

Health Mega Mall has a close relationship with Life Extension Foundation which allows HealthMegaMall to offer discounts on most Life Extension Products.  We offer free shipping within the continental USA on orders greater than $10.  To ensure the best quality and freshest products, all products are shipped directly from the Life Extension Foundation warehouses.  For shipping details, including the geographic locations we ship to, the service levels offered and the prices charged, please refer to the table below :

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes.  

HealthMegaMall does not ship items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order on HealthMegaMall.com.

International Orders

You can place orders from any country in the world. However please note that we stock our products in the United States and ship from the United States.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order will be allowed into your country. We do not make any guarantees that customs departments will allow you import those goods into your country.

We can assist our customers to ship their products to the shipping address however all SALES ARE EX-WORKS IN THE UNITED STATES.  All shipping charges, taxes, duties, handling fees, customs clearing charges and declaration permits associated with import of our products will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
